What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Nausea Post Tubal Ligation?

i had a tubal ligation 15 months ago right after an emergency c-section birth of my third child. in the past few weeks i have been experiancing severe cramps on and off usually lasting for days at a time. the cramps feel almost like i have to use the restroom to have a bowl movement but i am very regualr and have no problems with that. i have been ver fatigued for the past month and experiancing alot of nausea; usually when i am having the cramp like pain. i am also having a lot of mid to lower back pain which are more severe when i have the cramp like pain. i honeslty feel like i am pregnant is that possible.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Pregnancy is unlikely, but a possible hormonal imbalance brought about or aggravated by the tubal ligation can be suspected. If you are in the age group that is close to one that could soon approach symptoms of menopausal onset, then the tubal ligation coupled with this could be the cause.

I would recommend a check on youe hormone levels, and if an abnormality is seen then correction should help improve your general quality of living.

Best wishes.
