What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea?
Hello just last night I started to experience cramping pain to my abdomen as well as bloating that has lasted all day, I was having really bad diarrhea early in the morning that woke me from my sleep but the it stopped now I feel constipated like I could go more and I want to, so I can relive the pressure from my stomach, the only relief comes from when Im laying down.

Avoid to eat expose food also take boil watrt and soft diet also take o.r.s. With antspamodic like hyosin tab in bd and take tab ciprfloxcin
