What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea During Third Trimester Of Pregnancy?

I recently went to hospital because inthoght.my water was leaking. I am 31 weeks pregnant. Turned out it wasn t leaking and I was dilated and everything looked great well now 2 days later I m having menstrual like cramping and diareah bad and a ton of snotty mucus in my stool. Should I be worried

Plenty of mucus with diarrhea suggests it is infection. You enteritis. If i have to tteat such a patient i will advice tab furoxone 100mg three times a day, tab metronidazole 400 mg three times a day, sporlolac sachets three times a day, plenty of fluids with ORS tab zentec 150 twice a day, tab drotaverine three times a day .
