What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Backache?

I have been prescribed for the 1st time to take clomid 50ml and duphaston 50ml. yesterday was the expected day for AF while taking Duphaston and I did blood test it came out negative (doctor said the result wont be that accurate as I might happen to ovulate late). I stopped Duphaston yesterday after test result and since then mild abdominal cramping, mild back pain, tender breast and feeling sleepy and really tired. Any chance of still being pregnant?

not related to ovulation mild cramps may be due to cholitis or gastritis other symptoms are just anxiety. might be having anxiety neurosis control anxiety can consult naturopath expert for counseling. consult gynechologist for examination and advise on treatment.
