What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Constipation Post Hernia Surgery?

Hello, I recently had a hernia lapraoscopic hernia operation back in march 2015. I continue to have slight cramp pains in my abdomen and some constipation which has recently started as well. I have slight pain in my left side where the hernia was operated.

cramps and constipation are common among post surgical patient. we usually see people with similar complaints post surgery in almost all kind of surgical procedure. this is mainly due to their diet. which would have been different from the normal food they are taking.
so take food rich in fiber like green leafy vegetables, spinach, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, brown bread. avoid too much oily food and jnk foods.

take laxatives if you still have constipation.
