OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain after intercourse can be due to some pathology in the uterus or ovaries, or could be due to pelvic inflammatory disease.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated,( ultrasound, vaginal smear examination) and get treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
