What Causes Abdominal Bloating?

Hello, doctor my symptoms are all in my stomach feels bloated irritation from drinking cofee feels soar I DONT EAT much when i do very little and i get full fast not eating much. This is has been going on for a while i am 68 years old my last calonostrophy was done about 5 years ago my dad passed passed with cancer and my brother stomach cancer and my sister had breast cander but now in recession of the cancer. i try to avoid all acidic foods because i do have acid reflex also have ulcers.

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Drink plenty of water or other clear fluids to help reduce abdominal bloating
-Avoid pain medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications
-eat a diet high in fiber
-do physical activity for at least 30 minutes, five times a week.
