What Causes Abdominal Bloating In A Lactose Intolerant Person?

Diagnosed as lactose intolerant, 64 years of age but work out daily, good health. I stopped ingesting lactose dairy products two days ago, but after I ate my lunch today, my stomach again felt somewhat bloated, full, yet did not go to the bathroom yet. How soon after I stop eating food with dairy can this symptom go away? I do not have real pain, more like ache, and no blood in my stool. Am I maybe not chewing correctly?

avoid taking diary product and continue monitoring. you have already started taking precaution and further action is not requered.for other problem you can take symptomatic treatment.
