What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Vaginal Spotting After Unprotected Intercourse?

I had unprotected sex last week at around this time (2:00am) and then took plan be less than 12 hours later , so here I am a week later with back pain , bloated /sore stomach and spotting , I ve been so nervous that I may be pregnant , my period is usually out of whack so I m not too sure when I was supposed to get it , I ve taken 3 pregnancy tests and they all came out negative

Plan B contraceptive pills are known for their side effects like nausea, vomiting, back pain, irregular menstrual bleeding, migraines etc. Plan B pills if taken before 72 hours are said to be 95% effective.
They act by preventing the fertilization of the ovum and also the implantation( i.e, the attachment of the fertilized ovum onto the uterus) if fertilized.
Chances to get pregnant are highly unlikely. I would ask you to remain calm and wait for your next periods.

If in case of any doubts, you can do a blood Hcg test to rule out pregnancy for sure.
