What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Swollen Breasts Before Periods?

I get bloated and my breasts swells up during and before period. I get normal afterwards but this time neither I got debloated not my breasts got normal infact became more heavier. I am not involved in any kind of sexual activity. What could be the reason behind this? What should I do?

This si so common it has it's own name of pre menstrual syndrome. the hormones do this (fluid retension).
