What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Pain Along With Diarrhea?
Hi. I would like to ask re my son a 13y/o male is experiencing bloated stomach. No flatus, (+) mild abdominal pain. In the past 3 days he experienced diarrhea which already stopped since yesterday.. Our friend doctor adviced him to take Erceflora (Bacillus clausii) , in which he already took for 2 days already. And also my son is a G6PD deficient. Thank you.

at first i would like to tell you that abdominal bloating and pain along with diarrhea is very common problem in children and you need not to worry about that but you should do simple steps.......
abdominal bloating and pain along with diarrhea may have more than one cause but the most common cause in that age 4.5 month is viral infection of the intestine ....viral infection causes severe watery diarrhea with vomiting and may lead to complication as dehydration......dehydration is the problem we worry about it because child loss fluids in vomiting and diarrhea so you should give your baby oral rehydration therapy and fluids.....your child may have also unhealthy food that cause that like fatty food or spicy food
...other cause is allergy to certain types of food that causes abdominal bloating and pain along with diarrhea so try to discuss with your doctor to change milk formula.......
