What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Light Vaginal Bleeding?

Ok so I m 39 yrs old I have my period every 28 days Ever since I can remember normal right ? Well I hade my period like usual it lasted 4 dys . 9days after my period ended I had my period again . It started light then it bleed not heavy but it was on for 10 days straight . It stopped now I m bloated and my breasts are sore . I took a pregnancy test it was negative . Maybe I took it too soon . Has anyone had this and what was the conclusion ?
