What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Diarrhea And Chills?

I work in a nursing home as an aide I was cleaning a patient with hiv I don't know if I accidentally come in contact with her blood, and I didn't not wash my hand right after and after work I was sleeping and felt a huge chills and something planted inside my belly, and since then I experienced severe discomfort and my belly gas bloating noise and diarrhea ,rash ,chills,night sweat you think I probably catch the virus

It is unlikely to be HIV. Clostridium Dificile and staph are rampant in nursing homes. You are exposed to them. Htey are highly contagious. They can sit on surfaces and be contagious for days. They can cause this. Stool can be tested for them.

HIV is not contagious without the transmission of visible amounts of live body fluids.
