Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query in detail and will try my level best to resolve it as your
dentist to the best of my knowledge and experience..
As per your query, bad tasting discharge in mouth after 2 days of extraction of the molar along with yellow patches and bits of brown tissue seems to be most probably due to infection at the extraction site..
Pain can although happen for about 4 to 5 days after extraction of tooth that gradually gets reduced but in case if pain does not shows signs of reduction then it signifies infection..
Turning of clot to whitish yellow is not abnormal as when the remodelling begins there is change of clot from red to whitish colour..
But foul tasting discharge is a sign of infection causing pus formation..
I would suggest you to continue doing warm saline gargles and antiseptic mouthwash gargles..
You can also take painkiller like
Ibuprofen to relieve pain..
If there is infection the then you will be advised antibiotics by your dentist..
Hope this information helps..
Regards.
