What Causes A Wound At The Opening Of The Nostrils?

I have a weird wound at the opening of one of my nostrils, it s not too far into my nose but it did spread to about 1/3 of my nostril. When it s dried up, it forms hard yellow crust around and my nose becomes really stiff and uncomfortable and when i pluck our these yellow crusts, there s a sticky remainence on the open wound. What is it? please please please help me it hurts so much

Hello
This condition is due to excessive drying of the nostrils. Please don't pluck the crusts, start using nasal irrigation saline solutions such as ocean spray. They will loosen the crusts.
Once you spray the nose, use Bactroban ointment for the areas. This is help in healing.
