What Causes A White Spot On The Foreskin Of The Penis?

here is a white spot (a bit bubbly) on the foreskin rt under the head of my penis .. no pain no discomfort or anything but would like to know what is this and any serious symptom for possible issue in future. It was very small - hard to notice when i spotted it 5 years ago but now we can easily spot it. I thought it is pus and tried to take it out by poking it with a needle but it is not pus but white flesh .. I was able to remove all white flesh ( i think dead skin) few times ..seeing littlebit of blood when remove all white thingy but becomes normal in a week or so .. like i said .. only visible, not causing any itchy or pain or discomfort. Any ideas what is it? I have a foto .. but dont know how to upload it.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it will be a genital wart. However, we have to rule out other possible conditions like molluscum also. Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
