What Causes A White Spot In The Eye?

Hi there! I see white spots from my left eye & it has been happening for a little while now but before I would just blink several times & it would go away now its there all the time & sometimes I cannot see out of it either. I went to my PCP & he did a physical with blood work & sent me to the eye doctor but I have not gotten it yet. What could it be? What are the options?

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having symptoms of seeing white spots. My response to your question is as below.
The presence of these symptoms indicate blackouts of vision.
The common causes are transient ischemic attack and prodromal phase of migraine. We need to rule vascular causes.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope this answers your question.
Do write back to me for further questions.
