What Causes A White Patch On The Buttocks Of A Child?

my daughter is five years old , she has one white patch on her bum around 3cm & below that 5-6 dots (white) are there treatment for this is going on Topgraf 0.1% & whit care creams has given by skin specialist, doctors opinion is its fungus infection?
