Is it normal to have a tingling feeling in my arms right before you make a bowel movement? This tingling along with a funny feeling in my head are the signs I get that I have to make a bowel movement. Lately, I have also been experiencing stuffiness in my head and right around my ears. This has also come with feeling off balanced, weakness, a spinning feeling when I close my eyes to go to sleep, and my head feeling heavy at times. I also experience floaters and flashy or shiny lights. The left side of my head, almost beside my ear, has a jumping sensation at times (it s not painful just very annoying). Last but not least, my nose has been making a popping noise. Is this related to a sinus infection or is it something more serious? I have noticed that steam and placing a heated towel on my face helps with the pressure in my head.
