What Causes A Throbbing Sensation In Temple Area?

I have had fluid behind my ears for the past several weeks went on antibiotic just went to ENT said probably due to allergies to be AFrin and sudafed. Coupled with this I have started to feel a pulse faint throbbing at my left temple area more prominent when I lay down. I do have sleep apnea and have not been using my apparatus. Is is blood pressure? I take Bystolic, Pravastatin and Lexapro.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Temporal Arteritis? Giant Cell Arteritis.
This may be kept in mind,but in your case psudafed and Afrin spray are the causes of this throbbing temple pulsations in your case, as both these drugs increase blood pressure in your case.
You need to shift to Claritin or Allegra for any cold rhinorrhea.
