What Causes A Thin Endometrial Lining?

Hi...i am under infertility treatment.i am 28 yrs old.my endometrium thickness is just 3 mm on 16th day of my period.Doct give me progynova 2mg ...I am taking that thrice a day....may i know why it is so thin and is there any chances for pregnancy....

Hi, I think it can happen sometimes. Progynova will help in growth of endometrial thickness. You can take progynova vaginally also. Talk to your doctor regarding this. You can get a scan done after 2 to 3 days to see the endometrial thickness. You can also take penegra that is sildenafil 50 mg vaginally to improve blood flow to uterus. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
