What Causes A Swollen Testicle After Circumcision?
Hello doc, my name Is Ike. I have circumcised 4 days ago at the clinic, but 3 days after circumcision , my right tasticle started swelling and it is very painful and the pain starts just below my belly, the testicle itself is very painful especially when touching it. Could it be a complication or it s normal? What antibiotics can I take to reduce the swelling?

No this isn't normal after a circumcision and you need to have it evaluated right away.
Most likely it's epididymitis--an infection behind the testicle--but it might be torsion--twisting of the testicle, which, if not surgically fixed, could lead to death of the testicle.
You need an urgent ultrasound of your scrotum and antibiotics if it's that infection.
