What Causes A Swollen Bruise On Both Sides Of The Right Shin?
I just noticed a red bruise on either side of my right shin---it doesn t hurt and there is no lump....I haven t hit it or bumped into it...it is a little swollen.. could it be a regular bruise that will turn black and blue and dissappear? Having no soreness makes me question this....

It could be a contusion only.
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
You can also apply ice packs for faster recovery.
