What Causes A Sudden Onset Of Chest Pain?
Earlier today, i had a sudden onset of sharp pain, near the center of my chest that was intense. It was very difficult to breathe, I sat down and was dizzy for a minute. The pain only lasted for 2-3 minutes then went away. I ve been fine since. should I be concerned and report this to my doctor?

Your symptoms may indicate angina.It is important to know your age.
It is important to exclude cardiopulmonary causes.
You may need clinical examination and investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver function test,renal function test,lipid profile,chest X-ray (PA view),ECG in all leads,TMT,ECHO,ultrasound of abdomen.
Further requirement of investigations depend on above basic investigations.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
