What Causes A Sudden Indentation And Pain In One Leg?
what causes a sudden indentation in one leg (right). I felt some pain in the leg for two days and woke up with an indentation the third day. Legs still feel slightly painful at times. i normally suffer from regular muscle contract. I dont drink plenty water. The dent is there for two weeks now. Thanks for the help.

The pain and indentation in the leg can be due to a shin splint or due to a muscle cramp. You need to give rest to the area and get some oral muscle relaxants prescribed.
