for the longest time I have had this really strong stale smell that seems to come from my face and nose! It gets worse after I shower or water hits it it is embarrassing, what is the cause? To me it smells like the way Tide or washing powder detergents smell!

hi.

noted history of stale smell coming from your nasal area. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably an ENT doctor, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. infective, sinus pathologies and obstruction from foreign bodies must be considered and/or ruled-out. diagnostics and management (medical and/or procedural if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
