Earlier today I took my 18 mo son to the doctor because of a reddish/whitish lump just at the base of the head of his circumcised penis. She told me it may be a smegma cyst and explained to me what it was. However, 5 years ago I was diagnosed with genital herpes and fear that I may have accidentally transferred it to him indirectly. I am driving myself insane. We are planning to visit a urologist next week to clear this up definitely.
