What Causes A Small Painful Lump At The Base Of The Penis?
hello I am a 42 year old male and have some mild achy pain in the left side of my groin near the base of my penis I feel a small lump or swelling but it feels pretty much like the other side also pain radiates down my thigh a couple inches. I work in construction and lift and twist all day with heavy objects. also while standing all day I believe I feel it more. the leg ache has been there for a couple years but more so the pain near the groin just started a couple weeks ago thanks
