What Causes A Small Bump Inside The Upper Lip?

I have a small bump (started purple now greyish) on inside of my upper lip. It has been there for about 2 months now and has not gone away. It don t hurt and I can barely tell it s there. It is very close to my outer lip, but it is not visible at all unless I pull my lip up.

Hi..
Welcome to HCM..
That could be a hematoma ie., collection of blood under the mucous membrane..It can happen when there is any trauma in that area..
Nothing to worry about that..IT will slowly come down..
