What Causes A Shiny Spot On The Head Of The Penis?
I have a bit shiny, light pink (almost skin color) spots on penis glans. No pain, no irritation, no secretion. It started from a small round spot and then got bigger with no regular shape. First spot was seen on the topside of glans 2-3 months ago. Since there was no pain or irritation I did not treat it. Now a second spot is appearing near the older one. Spots are mild and can hardly be seen. Sometimes seems as if they have a boundary of tinny humps but overall they are flat, no pain, no irritation and no discharge. I am circumcised, unmarried, never had a sex.

Your symptoms are indicative of pearly penile papules. Since you are not sexually active & circumcised, no treatment is required. Take care of your hygiene, it should go by its own.
If you are not comfortable, get clinically examined by a GP so that go can get it treated by cryosurgery or laser therapy.
