I can understand your concern fo you
sharp pain in front of the heel.
Though there are lot of factors causing pain in heel , most prabable is oxer over exersion and muscle pulled by wrong step .
Even though
heel pain can be severe and sometimes disabling, it is rarely a health threat. Heel pain is typically mild and usually disappears on its own; however, in some cases the pain may persist and become chronic if not attended in time .
Exercises as stretching of feet , ankles and lower legs , the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon, as well as help strengthening the lower leg muscles, resulting in better stabilization of the ankle and heel.
Home care such as rest, ice-pack use, proper-fitting footwear and foot supports are often enough to ease heel pain.Tapping gently and pressing also relieves the pain .
Application of Methol based ointment followed by band age , And a cup of hot milk with a level spoon of turmeric powder and almomd oil at bed time,help alley pain & swelling.
