What Causes A Sensation Of Moving Forward When Seated In The Elderly?

When I sit down with my feet planted, I have a sensation of moving forward. It usually happens when I am on the toilet, but has begun to occur sitting at a table. I am 64 years old, with diabetes and controlled HBP. I also experience a constant rushing sound in my ear.

The history given by you suggested you have some problem in ear,the organ in ear knows for balancing the body.so get you ear checkup.
