What Causes A Sebaceous Cyst On The Upper Lip?

I have what i think is a sebaceous cyst right on my upper lip near the cupid bow. Not on top of the cupid boe but below-the fleshy part of my lip. A dermatologist looked at it 15 years and told me is not a cold sore. Don't remember what he said it was. It bothers me. Would like to senf a picture. Don't know how.
