What Causes A Scanty Period With Frequent Urination?

I was suppose to get my depo shot in June from June 12-26 but I didn t got back to get it. Two days after that I started spotting but on July 3 I had a period for like four days and on august 3 I had a period but it was light. It only was there when I wiped myself, it never came down in my panties. It s now September and I m 14 days late. I been so tired and have to go to the bathroom more often and I have been craving lots of foods. Could I be pregnant

Please check that you don't have thyroid dysfunction or anemia or stress.

Depo injection sometimes may cause scanty bleed due to endometrial atrophy.

Please get done urine pregnancy test and hemoglobin levels, thyroid status and urine examination.

Please consult your gynecologist, she will examine and treat you accordingly.
