What Causes A Reddish Patch Of Skin On A Toe With Thick Dark Discharge?

My father has these non blister like red places on the middle toes of his right foot, every day he drains a clear to orange tint jelly like substance from them, if he doesnt it seems to accumulate until they burst and accumulate again. What are they and what does he need to do.

I really appreciate your concern, infective boils could be the likely condition and it can be well managed with local antibiotic and oral antibiotic too and best drug would be "Azithromycin cream and Tablet" ask him to keep the area clean, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
