What Causes A Red Rash On Penile Head And Shaft?
have been having sex many times with my g/f in the last 10 days and im starting to get a red dotty rash on the head, and the shaft, it itches every now and then... i have had this with her but goes away when we havent had sex in a while... is it just a rash?

Rash on the glans penis and shaft of the penis is mostly due to allergic reaction to acidic vaginal secretions of your female partner .
You need to take antibiotic like Doxicycline twice daily along with topicaal antibiotic cream like Soframycin for local application .
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily .
Ensure to avoid sex till it gets cured completely.

This sounds like balanitis--a yeast infection of the penis and it's possible that she has an untreated yeast infection of her vagina so she needs to get checked out. Oral Diflucan works for that kind of infection in both men and women
