What Causes A Red Lump On The Inner Labia?
I have a very small lesion on my labia majora on the interior side. It s uncomfortable but only when touched. It s about the size of a pencil eraser. It s slightly raised, red and has what looks like dead skin over top of it. Recently, my b/f told me he had some bumps around his penile shaft that were looked similar. Is this related? What is it? Should I be worried about an STD? I do regularly shave that area and was originally thinking I must have nicked it while shaving.

genital herpes
genital warts
chancroid (a bacterial disease)
syphilis
molluscum contagiosum (a viral skin infection with pearly nodules)
vulvovaginitis (an inflammation of the vulva and vagina)
contact dermatitis
Take following advice:
Consult the doctor and do the following test:
1. Gram stain and culture
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test:swab should be taken from urethra
3. Urine test
Following are the treatment:
1. Wash your vagina with this water twice a day for two to three days with warm water
2. Apply Apple cider vinegar: it has excellent antibacterial and antifungal properties
3. Salt Bath- Wash your vagina with concentrated salt water whenever you feel the itch. This will give you great relief instantly and prevent further multiplication of bacteria.
