What Causes A Recurring Rash Encircled By A Red Line?

Want to find out what type of rash this and what can I use to get rid of it. It starts out small and as it spreads the inner part get well but still have the red around it. Sometimes it itches not all the time. Right now I am putting a cream that the doctors prescribe a generic fir nizoral this cream cures the middle of it but the surrounding are still red.

Hi, I have gone through your query.I think you are having a fungal(Taenia) infection.I would advice you to take an oral antifungal Flucanazole 200mg once a week for 4 weeks along with the cream.
