What Causes A Recurrent Blister On The Penis?

I have a recurring blister on the head of my penis. seems like hot tube, sex or masturbation brings it back and takes along time to heal...if it heals. I saw a young internist and he suspected syphilis but labs were negative. I finished the antibiotics anyway. My wife is an FP and is stumped as well. has smagma and blisters are open. What do you think?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a superficial fungal infection, we have to rule out possibilities of STD ( Sexually transmitted disease) also.
As a first line of management you can apply topical antibiotics like Mupirocin after cleaning with soap and water.
If lesion persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
