Hello, Your symptoms are pointing toward sinus Infection secondary to cold and pain in gums and nostril is due to it. Although, bleeding on brushing is due to gum infection that is also the cause of gum recession. So my suggestion is to consult an emergency room and get evaluated. You can be advised a course of antibiotics like Augmentin and anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen along with decongestant nasal spray like Xylometazoline. Do steam inhalation and saline nasal irrigation. You should also consult a dentist and get evaluated. A thorough scaling will be done and if recession is severe gum grafting can be advised.
