What Causes A Rash Like Bump On The Arm?

There is a little hard bump on my arm that I noticed has come back multiple times in the past few weeks/months. It s not itchy but it resembles a sort of rash patch that people sometimes get. I also noticed it comes up when I see a bug near me or on my arm.. What is it?

Hi.
As per your case history you may be having urticarial rash.
My treatment advice is -
1. Wear full sleeve clothes to avoid further such episodes.
2. Avoid fast food and food with artificial colors for 2 months.
3. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion when such rash appears.
4. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
