What Causes A Pounding Sound On The Neck’s Side And Leg Cramps?

Off and on I get apounding noise on one side of my neck, but last night it was pounding pretty hard, got up use some special cream, and went to sleep, later in the morning had a cramp in one of my legs, I also notice that under my eyes was red,what do you suggest, I do take a lot of excellent nutrition through the yrs and excersice, any suggestions?

if may be some muscle cramp or so usu analgesic point and good nutricious diet keeppart warm and take vitamins and calcium for some day's
