What Causes A Pimple Or Blister Inside The Ear?

I don t know what is going on with me. I have had clear skin for over 10 years and all of a sudden my face has exploded. I even have a pimpel or blister inside my ear. Please help. What type of doctor do I need to see? I saw a dermatologist and she didn t help at all.

So sorry to hear about your problem and will try my level best to resolve it to the best of my knowledge and experience..

As per your complain it seems that a pimple or blister inside the ear can occur due to causes like bacterial infection causing infection in the hair follicles, it can also be due to infected glands in the ear canal etc..

You should consult an ENT expert in this regard and he can do a clinical examination and otoscopic examination and can even advise you an ear swab culture to confirm the diagnosis..

You can be given antibiotic ear drops and if there is pain also present analgesic ear drops can also be given.
Along with it avoid excess water exposure to the ear and keep the ear clean..
