What Causes A Persistent Sharp Pain In Lower Part Of The Ribcage?
I have a sharp persistent pain in the lower part of my rib area. It is on the right side mostly, but radiates both around my right side to the front and onto the left side. there are spots that are tender to touch. Heat and Ibuprofen do not help. It is a pain that keeps me awake. and makes me feel short of breath

It could be due to conditions like costochondritis.
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
