What Causes A Penis Shaft Skin Lump With No Pain Or Discomfort?
Hello doctor, I noticed a lump under my skin at the base of the underside of my penis shaft. I noticed its appearance one day after masturbating. I can move it around a little under the skin, there is no pain or discomfort, but it is worrisome. It has been there for about 5 days now and looks and feels the same as when I discovered it. What can this be?
