Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I just noticed on the underside of my penis, a few centimeters south of the head, a small, white bump . It is not painful and produces no fluid when I put pressure on it. Much like you might do to a pimple elsewhere on the body. I have had my fair share of sexual encounters, but it s been several months since the last time I had sex. There is only one site of the blemish. Is this something that should be checked out? I do masturbate regularly and workout quite often. Could this be the result of trauma or potentially even sweat/rubbing?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it could be nonspecific appearance it may not be lesion, just keep this under observation for any changes, ideally skin condition demands the clinical examination for right diagnosis and without this it can not be diagnosed, it is least concern with masturbate, hope this information helps.
