Hello Sir I am concerned about my friend he is a 45 yr.old male with a super large ball one of them is a size like a roma tomato. it dosent hurt him till he has to bend down. I keep telling him to see a dr. but he keeps putting it off. could this be serious for him

2.Possibilities of testicular mass can not be ruled out.
