What Causes A Painful Lump On The Pelvic Area?

I have been dating this girl and we recently started having unprotected sex, Over the last few days a knot has developed between my penis and waistline, about 1/2 the size of a golf ball like a blister 2 inches by 2 inches, does this sound like herpes? Its very red and is sort of of like a blister, its sore to the touch

I really appreciate your concern, no it may not be the herpes but it must be lymph node and it could be due to some infection, in my opinion it has to be differentiated and if found like that then it has to be given treatment accordingly, it requires the care hope this information helps.
