What Causes A Painful Lump On Clitoris?

Hi, the past two days I have noticed that I have got a lump just around where my clitorus is and the past day it has got really painful even just touching it hurts and it has got bigger. I am concerned as I have never had this problem before and don t know what it is

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to folliculitis if it is in hair follicle area. If not it can be bartholinitis. Hot fomentations will be helpful. If that is not helping then antibiotic therapy will be required. If you had any recent unprotected sexual intercourse then swab test should be done also. I usually advise antibiotic combination like ofloxacin and ornidazole for such cases.
