What Causes A Painful Lump Behind The Testicle?
There s been a slight pain in my left testicle all day. I checked my testicle for lumps (as I do with both my testicles every day) several times and didn t find anything. I checked again tonight (about an hour ago) and I m feeling some sort of lump behind the testicle, but I don t think it s actually on the testicle. Could this be a floater, or torsion?

What you're feeling is the epididymis and if it's tender it's probably infected and you would need a course of antibiotics like Septra. Torsion would be extremely painful and your scrotum would be very swollen
